Preacher finally finds a director in DJ Caruso

I Am Number Four and Disturbia director DJ Caruso has confirmed that he’s just closed a deal to direct a movie adaptation of Garth Ennis’ comic series Preacher. The adap has long been stranded in development hell, with various talents approaching and then backing begrudgingly away from the epic, Gods-demons-and-angels-stuffed storyline.

Now Caruso has confirmed his deal by Tweeting: “My deal just closed on Preacher. Going back to the dark side and pretty fucking pumped!”
