Alexander Skarsgård approaching The East

Eco-terrorism drama The East looks to be collecting some of the hottest young stars in Hollywood for its leading roles. With Brit Marling already in the bag, Heat Vision reports that Alexander Skarsgård is in talks to take the male lead.

The film follows the story of a female FBI agent who goes undercover to infiltrate a group of militant eco-warriors known as The East. Skarsgård is being lined up to play the group’s leader, who has a number of unethical corporations on his hit list…
