![Ben Affleck and Matt Damon reunite for Boston gangster saga
Having previously collaborated on the Oscar-winning script for Good Will Hunting, Ben Affleck and Matt Damon are set to team-up again. The currently untitled film will be based on the story of the recently apprehended Boston mob boss Whitey Bulger who spent the last sixteen years at large, twelve of those on the FBI Ten Most Wanted List. Matt Damon, who is originally from Greater Boston, has already acted alongside a fictional impression of Bulger.

It’s been a good week for Stephen King fans. First Warner Bros. chooses Ben Affleck to adapt and direct The Stand and now it seems the movie version of The Dark Tower is back on track.

The Actor: Founder of the Sundance Film Festival, Redford’s been acting since 1959, cutting his teeth on TV shows like Alfred Hitchcock Presents and The Twilight Zone.
He’s best known for iconic turns in Butch Cassidy And The Sundance Kid, Out Of Africa, Three Days Of The Condor and The Sting.
Directorial Style: Drama is Redford’s forte, and he’s not afraid to get serious with it.
That was never more evident than in his directorial debut, Ordinary People, which followed the disintegration of a middle class family. He won a Best Director Oscar for that, which wasn’t bad going.
Ben Affleck could be joining The Great Gatsby
Moulin Rouge director Baz Lurhmann is taking his time prepping his adaptation of F. Scott Fitzgerald’s classic The Great Gatsby, but the film’s cast is coming along nicely.
With Leonardo DiCaprio, Carey Mulligan and Tobey Maguire already confirmed, the director’s now approached Ben Affleck for the novel adap.
Affleck is currently weighing up an offer to play Tom Buchanan, the husband of Daisy (Mulligan). Meanwhile, DiCaprio has bagged the titular Gatsby, and Maguire is narrator Nick Carraway.
